Our Story

Our Moto is “Long, Slow & Smokey”

When Covid 19 hit, Simon Morley was a successful comedy and theatre producer and performer, but with the closure of his shows around the world he was forced to rethink his future. His love of fire cooking and entertaining led him to set up Under The Nut Tree in his back yard with his wife and jewellery designer Carolina Barbieri. Their influences range from an Australian BBQ to Italian fine dining, focusing on the finest of local produce.

We prefer for everyone to be dining outside, but in the case of bad weather we have you covered with the most magical barn.

We also do Private Functions and Outside Catering.
