Fire. Friends. Feast.
Deep in the Herefordshire hills, on an estate with a thousand years of history, Simon and Carolina cook over open fire every Friday and Saturday night.

The best nights happen around a fire.
“A fantastic and unique dining experience. Cosying up around the fire pits, chatting with the chef, the stunning views — a perfect way to spend an evening.”
“Unbelievable ambiance. It’s like you’ve died and gone to heaven. Not sure how you could possibly beat the food.”
“So unique — like one huge dinner party. Under the fairy lights, watching the food cooked on the fire. Amazing location, unforgettable.”

Let's Grill!
Every fire here is built, not bought. Simon works with sculptor Matt Sanderson to design and forge bespoke architectural grills — part cooking machine, part sculpture — made by hand and available to commission for your own table.
The Beast
The Tardis
The Beast & The Tardis
Two of Simon's signature builds — engineered for live fire, finished like sculpture. Each grill is a one-off, designed around the way we cook and the place it lives. Commissions welcome.
